Thank you, Hairload, for another insightful video on the most fascinating, next to Roger, player. I frankly cannot watch this video as it is so destructive (I can watch "24" Season Six in one sitting) because he is just eroding his power again and again. It is not conceit that makes him do this, I believe, he just literally cannot manage what is going on in his head and on the court. And it happens when he is up or is just a little tight in the second set, e.g. There is simply no reason to go to pieces but he does it. All this self-indulgence, which is what is amounts to, just creates a mudslide. Just when I hear all these encouraging words about hard training in Valencia, great guidance from Gumy (again, does anyone believe he is the right guy for this? I believe he was a doubles player and not that highly ranked. Excuse me for being a snob but I think it matters when managing a guy with Safin's achievements). Perhaps there is not enough focus in the training, in the execution of this, e.g. Why is Roger so successful - because of his planning. Leave it to a Swiss to manage the affairs of a pro tennis player with great capability (I am sure Martina Hingis was inclined this way, RP, do you know?).
