Are they having that challenger tournament at Forest Hills again this year? If so, when?

atptennis.com has a challenger schedule and  I didn't  see it  listed.  They  list USA events  in Mississippi,  Illinois, and California but no NY sites that  I could see.

 I have heard  that the West Side Tennis  Club  has  a manager  who runs  around screaming  at  players who  are  not  in all white attire. Apparently hesaves  his  most  serious  anger  for players in Yankees or  Mets  caps. Baseball caps are  banned on the  courts along with stripe shirts and  heaven  forbid, a Rafa  Nadal sleeveless shirt. From  what  I've  heard  the West Side  manager is the Barney Fife  of tennis.   

Hey Hairload, Dan told me FHills is having the challenger next week and Dan is going to go on Tues or Weds. I might get over there too one of those days. Hope you can too,

I called up FH today and they said there is no tournament. The USTA must've stopped supporting it or else FH got tired of running it. Shame too, b/c it was a good site and nice event. Blake, Chang, Querrey, they've all played it in recent years, but the turnout during the week was anemic. No one care d to come out except for a few die-hards. So the next tennis event in metropolitan area is the Bronx Challenger and a stretch, New Haven.
