    lol!  Great thread title... :-)

It was sooo boring watching that match.

Too bad we don't live in Europe...they get live streaming of like 6 courts on Eurosport.  Kind of strange that Europeans get better coverage than Americans of the US Open.  Usual great work by the USTA. ;)

I was bored, too. I turned to a re-run of Smallville, and I do not even like this show that much.  Yesterday, I turned to  the last hour and a half of the movie "Equilibrium" because I was so bored with watching a bad women's tennis match.

At the risk of sounding sexist, I never watch the womens' game anymore as almost all the matches end up being this way.  In all honesty it's about as much fun as watching my parents die of cancer while being set on fire.

Delta - Wow, calm down. It wasn't that bad. Jelena is embarrassing to herself and her coaching. She is constantly at them. She has the plays but it is all just moving it around the court. Maria does this is as well, better than others and she is more successful because few can rally with her. Jelena's balls really sit up especially as she is working the angles in such an obvious way. The serves are a mess. I thought Chris Evert's serve was an abomination. She got away with it. Jelena never leaves the freaking baseline or even is behind the baseline unless there is a drop shot and her volleys are less than poor. She needs someone to really shake and say, you will not be playing much longer if you keep this up. She was lucky to win today and most days.
