Hi, fan-
I did the survey but was disappointed that I did not have the opportunity to comment on Caroline Wozniacki's tennis clothes. Here is one beautiful young woman who wore the must unflattering dress she could possible have found-- layers of hideous ruffles in a kind of yukky gray clay color. You can see this horror here:

We now have dueling books, Agassi's ''Open'' and Palin's ''Going Rogue'' Television will feature them until they run out of steam and something better comes along. She's at least entertaining. He's a big bore.

And why are you bringing this up now?

I saw it, too. Safin may be viewed as that crazy Marat, but in his farwell he was truly gracious. A much more humble exit than Agassi's was - a weeklong celebration that I thought he should have been embarrased to allow. Talk about narcissism! And now he reveals that he hated tennis. What an insult to all those people who put on ...

If you think the book is a drag, listen to Terry Gross interview Agassi on NPR. Pure mush:

Well then, that would say it all, no? If that's the case, as I thought it was, then in fact he should have his titles ''second guessed'' during the period he was using. (I am trying to tread lightly here.) Do you, or anyone else, agree?

I have never taken meth and don't know anyone who has. However,a google search for the effects of crystal meth came up with this:
''Methamphetamine, like cocaine, is a ''psychostimulant'' that increases the amount of at least three important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters: dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. As a result, ...

Thanks, Vinko. I thought it was time to inject a little fun into this disgraceful and controversial story. It may yet happen - it would be yet another juicy topic for the big O. I hope he follows Safin's idea and donates the book's proceeds to a rehab center. There's something in that for AA, too. He gets to be a hero one more time.
